We screeened a collection of nautical and botanical images onto recycled t-shirts for HomeSpun's Spring collection. Sienna even joined in the fun. They'll soon be for sale on our online store.

Cardboard Box Airplane

Sienna is getting so big these days and had to share these photos. She loved being creative and we had so much fun making this airplane out of a diaper box. I never expected her to play within for as long as she did.

Playgroup Co-Op Chalk

I recently started to part take in a playgroup co-op where each Mum takes it in turn to teach the class. It was my turn last week and we had plenty of fun with giant chalk and the homemade chalkboard table.

Misha Lulu

One of my favorite children clothes designer has to be Misha Lulu and she happens to be based here in LA too. I had the pleasure of meeting Karen Salazar and her husband Joe at Unique Craft fair. We did an exchange - I got the most amazing clothes for Sienna and she choose a bird mobile and a few other bits from my collection.
Since than Sienna hasn't worn a dress more - I love it. I love everything about their collection. The modern colors and amazing fabrics and patterns. All the applique work is so inspirational. Karen is from El Salvador and you can see the cultural influence in her work. She also has a gorgeous daughter who inspires her work too.

Vintage Sienna

Jet Rag is this vintage store on La Brea in West Hollywood and has a dollar sale every Sunday. You can find the post amazing items. My friend Lisa found Sienna this cute little dress and she wore it recently when it was very hot outside!
We are in the middle of preparing for Sienna's first birthday party on Saturday and I've made lots of lovely things and will be blogging about them in the coming days!

My mum gave me this cute little dress when my daughter Sienna was born. It was a dress that I wore when I was a baby. I love vintage clothes especially if they have sentimental value.
