DIY Gift making Class - West LA

The Holidays are fast apporaching and I hope this year to support all things handmade! I encourage you to buy handmade and make your own gifts this year. Everyone loves to receive something original and handmade so I am teaching a DIY Holiday Gift Class.

It will take place in Westwood Los Angeles

December 12th from 10am until 1pm.

$40 for the class (this includes enough materials to make at least 2 gifts and complete instructions and tutorial).

The class has a fun relaxed atmosphere where you get to meet new people and share ideas and inspiration-please feel free to invite your friends.

You will learn how to make 3 different gifts. Make one gift of your choice during the class and take home materials to make the other gifts at home. See photos of gift ideas.

I've just updated my etsy store. Cleaned up some of my photos and added some new items. Hoping to do some good selling over the Holidays. Holiday Ornament Swap '09

I've just signed up to do the Holiday Ornament Swap again! I really enjoyed doing last year especially receiving all my ornaments in the post. Here is a photo of the star ornaments I made for last years swap.

Holiday Inspiration

Ok so its only November but as a crafter I have to start getting Holiday inspiration early so I can start designing some ideas.

Pumpkins

Its pumpkin crazy here at the moment. I must admit we are not that crazy about pumpkins in Ireland so it was my first time to a pumpkin patch. It was fun! We went to Mr. Bones in West Hollywood and was surprised to see paparazzi at the entrance. We did however see Amy Adams while we were there!
Our good friends Jordan and Morgan Owen showed use how to crave pumpkins and we came up with 3 wonderful designs!
